Monthly fixed fees for bookkeeping services are priced according to the number of bank and credit card accounts and the volume of transactions that flow through those accounts. Monthly fees are prepaid and due at the beginning of each month. The first month's fee is due at engagement of services.
The onboarding fee is the initial charge to set up a new client and includes creating the Chart of Accounts, set up and connection of bank and credit card accounts, as well as known vendors and customers. The onboarding fee is equal to one month of bookkeeping fees and is due at engagement of services.

Book clean up is priced on a fixed fee or hourly rate depending on complexity.
A/R (accounts receivable), A/P (accounts payable), and accrual-basis accounting is available for an additional fee based on the number of monthly transactions and complexity.
Includes unlimited payroll processing each month, direct deposit, payroll tax filings, transmitting tax deposits, and year end W2 processing and filing.
Onboarding fee is the one-time amount charged for each employee when added into the payroll system and includes new hire reporting to the State.
Monthly, quarterly, or annual state or local sales tax returns (such as State or City B&O excise or sales tax returns) are charged on a per-return basis depending on complexity.
Personal and business federal income tax returns are priced based on complexity.
